A hike up the East Fork of the Cold Spring Trail in Cold Spring Canyon to Montecito Peak (3200′) in the Santa Barbara California area. I stopped for a rest at the popular lone eucalyptus tree on the way up. The last few hundred feet to the peak are quite steep.
